Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, store information in your browser in a comparable way.
2. Our use of cookies and storage
noetix.eu sets no cookies of its own. The NIS2 assessment uses one localStorage entry, listed below. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.
| Name | Site | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | noetix.eu | Strictly necessary | Set by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, only when its bot protection is active, to distinguish people from automated traffic. Expires after 30 minutes. |
| noetix-nis2-progress | noetix.eu | Functional (localStorage) | Saves your NIS2 assessment classification and answers (not your personal details) so you can resume. Removed when you submit or start again. |
These are strictly necessary or functional and do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.
The AI Readiness Assessment does not set cookies or use localStorage. Your answers are held in your browser's memory until you submit them, and refreshing the page clears them. Submitted data is covered in our Privacy Policy (sections 7 and 8).
3. No analytics or tracking
Neither this website nor its NIS2 and AI Readiness assessments uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or any other analytics or tracking service. We do not build user profiles or track you across websites.
4. Third-party content
This website does not embed third-party services such as social media widgets, embedded videos or advertising networks. Fonts are served from our own domain.
5. Managing cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking all cookies or clearing them when you close your browser.
6. Changes to this policy
If we introduce technologies that change our cookie usage, we will update this policy and its "Last updated" date.
